Jon is an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in Commercial Truck Insurance. He is the father of three children: Scarlett Jean, Mia Rose, and Jack Waylon. He loves the outdoors, going to the beach, and being with family. 

Joel Carmona
Sales Manager, Licensed Agent

Joel Carmona started in commercial insurance in 2014. He prides himself in providing top-notch customer service to his insureds as he understands that truckers move this country. When Joel is not working with Big Rig he enjoys being with his family and playing basketball with friends.

Quest moved to the great state of Texas in 2014 with his wife and 5 kids. When Quest isn’t saving people money on their truck insurance or spending time with family, he enjoys playing football, racing his challenger at the drag strip on Friday nights, and playing guitar.

Laura loves attending Austin FC soccer games, and spending time with her husband and family. She also has a dog named Oreo which she likes to play with on her free time. Laura prides herself on providing the best customer service possible.
